Since its opening on President Ho’s 100th birth anniversaryon May 19, 1990, the museum has become a popular destination forvisitors to Hanoi along with the Ho chi Minh Mausoleum & the Presidential Palace Relic Area.
More than 17,000 documents, articles, photos và exhibits about President Ho đưa ra Minh arearchived at the museum. The museum’s libraryholdsmore than 6,000 books and around 26,000 articlesabout President Ho that have been publishedinmany local & national magazines & newspapers.
“Over the past 50 years, the museum has organized hundreds of seminars & talks while conducting research to lớn verify materials related lớn the life and revolutionary career of President Ho bỏ ra Minh & the Vietnamese people,”Dr. Vũ bạo phổi Hà, Director of the museum, told VOV.
The museum has also been tasked with promoting the Party’s guidelines and President Ho đưa ra Minh’s thoughts among Vietnamese people and foreign visitors, according khổng lồ Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports, và Tourism Ta quang đãng Dong.

Since its opening, the museum has welcomed more 30 million visitors, including nearly 7 million foreigners, many of whom are senior leaders.
